Looking for Roosters

Thursday, June 11, 2009

So I have heard that our local police department keeps roosters. I don't know why, but I would really like to see them. Bill saw them out in the street when we was walking the dogs so we keep checking to see if they are there...I have yet to see them. But I won't give up until I do, in the mean time we find other cool things on our walks like this yellow house.

Going to the beach

I am going to Half Moon Bay for the first time this weekend, I am so exited!

Amy + Brian

Thursday, April 30, 2009

I had such a great time working with Brian and Amy on their engagement pictures. We started things off right with a glass of wine at California Wine Merchants in the Marina then we went over to the Palace of the Fine Arts. With the help of Brian's iphone we were able to find the beach Amy was looking for. We were all exhausted at the end of the day, but we found the strength to enjoy some more wine at the Wine Room in Palo Alto.  Congratulations to Amy and Brian!

Spring in New England

Wednesday, April 22, 2009

I recently returned to California after a nice trip home to visit my family. Spring time is still pretty gray and cool in New England, but I love it.

Walking the dogs

Friday, April 10, 2009

I usually take the dogs for a long walk at about 7 and I try to bring my camera. It's fun exploring my new neighborhood.

Sometimes it rains in California.

We decided to take a trip to the Shoreline dog park, it's just a few miles away from our apartment. It's a pretty cool place with rolling hills and walking trails, I hope we can go back soon.

Trip to Carmel.

Our friends, Brian and Amy were nice enough to let us tag along on a trip to the Carmel area for some wine tasting and sight-seeing. We were lucky to have amazing weather, great company, and wine. Who could ask for a better way to spend a Sunday?
